A teenage boy has been charged in connection with a collision that killed a 14-year-old girl as she walked to school.
Robert Blackwell is accused of driving the Citroen C2 which hit Liberty Baker in Witney, Oxfordshire on 30 June.
The 19-year-old also faces a count of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, relating to injuries caused to a man and two other students hurt in the crash.
David Cameron, the constituency's MP, had led tributes to Liberty, who was a Year 9 student at Henry Box School.
Classmates described her as a "beautiful angel" and a "great friend".
Blackwell has been released on bail, and will next appear at Banbury Magistrates' Court on 24 November.
